ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dennis Rouse is the lead and founding pastor of Victory World Church – one of the nation’s largest multicultural churches with more than 16,000 members representing over 140 nations. Victory began in 1990 with a vision God gave Dennis and his wife Colleen to build a church established on the last words of Jesus in Acts 1:8: build strong families, transform the community, reconcile cultures, and impact the world through missions.
As the church began to grow, it became apparent that in order to accomplish this vision, the focus had to shift from making believers to making disciples. The emphasis then changed from growing a larger church to growing a stronger church. God used the message of this book, 10, to transform individuals, small groups, and the entire church.
Pastor Dennis is a nationally and internationally sought-after teacher on leadership, discipleship and how to build a racially reconciled church. He and his wife Colleen have been married since 1983. They have a daughter, Lauren and a son-in-law, Josiah Carlson.
